Specifically, the shortlist recognises the successful relationship between Harlequins by Etihad. The sponsorship between Etihad and Harlequins has become one of the most famous sponsorships in European Rugby. With clearly aligned brand values as well as objectives, the sponsorship works extremely well for both parties, as per the results of the measurable objectives. The success of the sponsorship is further emphasised through the duration of the deal, which, in the final year of the current contract, will have been running for 7 years.
brandmeetsbrand will be competing against 3 other high profile campaigns, Beazley British Fencing, the BT Paralympic World Cup and Sponsorship of British Triathlon by GE.
